1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery is available to major areas across:

  • Dubai

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

  • Ras Al Khaimah

  • Fujairah

  • Umm Al Quwain

  • Al Ain and other available UAE locations

If your area is not serviceable, our team may contact you after order placement.

2. Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is usually:

2 to 3 working days

Delivery time starts after the order is confirmed.

Delivery may take longer during:

  • Public holidays

  • Weekends

  • High-demand sale periods

  • Bad weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Customer unavailability at delivery time

We will do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

3. Cash on Delivery Only

IQA Mart currently accepts Cash on Delivery only.

This means customers pay the full order amount in cash when the order is delivered.

Please keep the exact or full payment amount ready at the time of delivery.

We do not currently accept online card payment, bank transfer, or digital wallet payment unless clearly shown on our website in the future.

4. Order Confirmation

Because we offer Cash on Delivery, we may contact customers to confirm the order before dispatch.

We may confirm:

  • Product name

  • Quantity

  • Delivery address

  • Mobile number

  • Total order amount

  • Delivery availability

If we cannot reach the customer, or if the provided details are incomplete, the order may be delayed or cancelled.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

If Free Shipping is offered, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page, website banner, or checkout page.

IQA Mart reserves the right to update shipping charges, delivery fees, or free shipping offers at any time.

6. Delivery Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • Full name

  • Mobile number

  • Emirate / city

  • Area name

  • Building / villa number

  • Street details

  • Apartment or office number, if applicable

  • Any useful delivery instructions

IQA Mart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable delivery details.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier or delivery team may contact the customer before delivery.

If the customer does not answer calls, is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or refuses delivery without a valid reason, the delivery may fail.

In such cases, IQA Mart may:

  • Cancel the order

  • Reschedule delivery if possible

  • Restrict future Cash on Delivery orders

  • Apply delivery or return handling charges where applicable

8. Failed Delivery or Refused Orders

If a Cash on Delivery order is refused without a valid reason, or delivery fails because of customer unavailability, incorrect address, or unreachable phone number, IQA Mart reserves the right to cancel the order.

Repeated refused or failed COD orders may affect the customer’s ability to place future COD orders.

9. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you may receive delivery updates through SMS, WhatsApp, phone call, or email where available.

If tracking details are provided by the courier, they will be shared with the customer.

10. Delayed Delivery

Although our usual delivery time is 2 to 3 working days, delays may happen due to circumstances outside our control.

These may include courier issues, public holidays, weather conditions, road restrictions, high order volume, or other unexpected events.

If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will assist you with an update.

11. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Product photos or video

  • Packaging photos

  • Description of the issue

After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

12. Inspection at Delivery

Customers are requested to check the package condition at the time of delivery.

If the package appears heavily damaged, opened, or tampered with, please inform the delivery person and contact IQA Mart as soon as possible.

13. Change of Delivery Details

If you need to change your delivery address or phone number after placing an order, please contact us immediately.

Changes may not be possible after the order has been dispatched.

14. Delivery Availability

Delivery availability may depend on courier service coverage and product availability.

If a product is unavailable or cannot be delivered to your location, we may contact you to offer an alternative product, reschedule delivery, or cancel the order.
